Quick and Easy Assembly

Our steel buildings are prefabricated in the factory and arrive on site ready for assembly. Due to the lightweight nature of the beams and columns, heavy lifting equipment is not normally required during erection. For self-build kits, we provide a fitting instruction guide to make the process simple, with each structure pre-drilled to require only a few tools.

Unmatched Durability

We use high-tensile, pre-galvanized steel, cold-rolled into an incredibly strong Sigma-section, making our steel buildings stronger than traditional “C” and “Z” sections. The columns and beams are bolted together with galvanized base, eaves, and ridge plates into a rigid frame. Unlike other structures that require painting and ongoing maintenance, our steel buildings are maintenance-free and durable for many years.

Eco-Friendly Solution

Our steel buildings are environmentally friendly as we use cold rolling technology, which requires minimal energy to fabricate the frame. Each element is rolled from a continuous coil of pre-galvanized steel, minimizing waste. They are completely recyclable, making them a sustainable, reusable, and eco-friendly building option. Our buildings do not require the use of chemical preservatives or paint, reducing future contamination concerns.

Cost-Effective Foundation

The high strength-to-weight ratio of our steel buildings reduces the need for expensive foundations. Typically, a 150mm deep floor slab is sufficient to support the building, reducing foundation costs.

Future-Proof Design

Our modular design allows for easy expansion, and we can add extra bays by disassembling one end wall. In most cases, the removed end wall can be reused, making it cost-effective. As the building is bolted and screwed together, dismantling and relocation is a simple process, providing future flexibility.
