Flashings

Preventing water damage in your building is crucial to maintaining its longevity and appearance. At DF Sheds Ltd, we understand the importance of quality flashings to weatherproof your building and prevent water leaks and weather damage. We offer a range of flashing materials and expert advice to help you update and reinforce joints and gaps in your building.

Our custom flashings are made to suit the specific shape and size of your roof and joints. This ensures that you get the right materials for your building, saving you time and hassle. We stock and supply a great selection of popular and quality flashings, including ridges, single skin highline gutters, insulated gutter systems, and architectural aluminium powder-coated flashings.

To manufacture our custom flashings, we use the Jorns 6.4m length folder machine, which comes with top-class basic equipment. The well-thought-out, robust machine construction is set up for the rigours of long-term operation, and the tool geometry offers above-average open space in front of and behind the clamping tool. The stop fingers can be moved freely on the sides, guaranteeing maximum precision and flexibility for bending parallel, tapered or overlapped profiles. Furthermore, a sophisticated safety system ensures the highest levels of safety for your operators at all times without restricting their everyday work on the machine.

When ordering your custom flashings from DF Sheds Ltd, we recommend following these steps:

Ask for our order recommendation sheet.

Choose the appropriate profile type No. material thickness and finish.

If colour is required, nominate on which side to colour is to be.

With each letter shown, nominate the measurement required in mm.

Advise the quantity and the length applicable to each profile.
